All animals are guaranteed healthy and are sexed prior to shipping. We offer a 7 day period for return claims for any incorrectly-sexed animal, and a 24 hour period for return claims should any animal arrive unhealthy or DOA. While animals with co-dominant genes can be difficult to guarantee 100%, they are double-checked by eye with prior knowledge of past pairings, and we refer to other expert opinions from multiple breeders when in doubt. Hets are always guaranteed.

We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and cash.

We accept a 25% deposit on animals priced over $500, with the remainder paid in full within 30 or 60 days (please inquire about payment plans). Note that deposits and payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Please see our guarantees.

We ship Monday-Wednesday for next day pick-up at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. Weather permitting, we may ship to a home address if this isn't possible.

All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health condition, and having been fed appropriately-sized rodents. We offer a 24-hour health guarantee (please provide photos or videos). We are not responsible for the injury or loss of an animal if the customer does not pick up the animal within 8 hours of delivery.
