No returns. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from us. If you are not 18, we require a parent or legal guardian to contact us to arrange a purchase. I reserve the right to refuse sales to anybody for any reason. All sales are final. Once funds are received, no refunds will be issued. Credit may be used towards a different animal of your choosing.

We do not accept PayPal. Our preference is Square. We also accept Zelle, cashapp, Venmo, or wire transfer.

Auction WINNERS: No payment plans accepted for auction animals. All auction animal payments must be received within 24 hours of the end of the auction or we will move to the next highest bidder. Payment Plans: I accept Payment Plans on purchases of $200 or more, with a 50% non-refundable deposit unless otherwise specified in the ad. The balance is due at the end of 30 days with payments being made every 2 weeks, at minimum. Alternate terms are considered on a case by case basis. Payment Plans must be completed within agreed upon time frame, or all payments will be forfeited and the gecko(s) will be re-listed for sale. If you need to adjust your payment plan, communication will help. I am pretty flexible as long as there is communication. If no communication received after the 30 day plan is termed, I will assume the plan has been abandoned. Holds: A gecko may be held until weather permits. The buyer must contact me no less than every two weeks to communicate about shipping temps. If no communication by the third week, the gecko will be re-listed and no refund will be issued.

Priority overnight shipping to hub only, via FedEx is required. Happy to have my animals go to homes outside the USA. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain an exporter. Shipping: Shipping is according to current rates through reptiles2u or redline. I only ship geckos when weather permits and will hold all geckos until safe shipping weather is present.
