Returns

Rats may not be rehomed to other parties and must be returned to To The Ark Rattery in the event they can no longer be cared for by the adopter, NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators found rehoming rats to other parties will be blacklisted and will not be able to acquire rats from To The Ark Rattery and all related ratteries.

Payments

Prefer cash, but cashapp and venmo are available. For a deposit/hold, a non-refundable payment of 50% must be paid.

Payment Plans

All prospective buyers MUST fill out an adoption screening form, acceptance is *not* guaranteed and we reserve the right to decline sales for any reason.Contact the facebook or instagram for a link to the adoption form. No payment plans, all monies must be paid in full by pickup day or the adoption is null and void, deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping

No shipping. Live Transport is available through Hippity Hop Express ONLY, at the buyer's expense.
