If you cannot keep an animal that you purchased from us, we will take it back or assist with connecting to a new home, but we do not offer refunds. Please see our policies page at hedgehogvalley.com/policies.html for more details.

We accept cash, PayPal, or credit/debit.

We do not offer payment plans at this time.

We work with USDA licensed ground transporters to ship animals via door to door courier service. For more information, visit hedgehogvalley.com/ groundtransport.html.

We only sell animals that we have personally raised. We register our hedgehogs with The Hedgie List Registry. We provide the birth date and parents of each hedgie or tenrec, and a form for completion of registration for hedgehogs purchased from us. We register all babies as PET unless discussed prior to sale.
