Payment: Payment can be made via Zelle, CashApp, Square Invoice, or Cash in person for local customers. Payment plans are made on a case-by-case basis. 20% of the animal's value is non-refundable should you change your mind about the purchase. Shipping: We ship within the lower 48. Please inquire for an accurate shipping quote. All shipping will be via OVERNIGHT FEDEX when the weather is safe to do so. We will hold your animals until it is safe to ship. Shipping will be done on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for next-day pickup at your local FedEx Hub only. We guarantee live arrival! Pickup must be made within a REASONABLE TIMEFRAME, unless otherwise specified, or the live arrival guarantee will be voided. If the snake is DOA, we will replace the animal if possible with an equivalent animal or issue a credit for the full amount of the amount purchased, and it can be used towards the purchase of another animal OR a refund in extenuating circumstances. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us within ONE hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email or text with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void. With us being a smaller operation and no ties to any shipping companies, lower valued animals will incur full shipping costs (no free shipping!) unless otherwise specified in the individual ad.
