Payment plans are taken on a case by case basis. Terms of payment plan will be discussed individually and agreed upon mutually via a written payment plan agreement. All payment plans will include these details 1) All deposits will be non refundable and non transferable. 2) If you default on an agreed payment plan your deposit will be retained and all payments over the deposit can be transferred to another purchase from The Ball Pit. 3) In the event of an approved DOA, all money will be refunded. That includes all payments, deposit and other fees excluding shipping fees.

Shipping will only occur on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via next day delivery. *We only ship when temperatures are above 34°F and less than 90°F. This to applies to both shipping area and receiving area. If temperatures are not within the shipping range, deposits can be made to hold your selected animal until shipping is available (refer back to deposits). *Holidays and high volume shipping times may effect shipping availability. *All shipped animals are packaged per industry standard. We currently use Redline Shipping.

*All animals have a live arrival guarantee as long as the following situations are met by the buyer. 1) Buyer must be home to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. 2) If shipped to a hub, package must be picked up within 8hrs of delivery to the hub. 3) Any damage to the packaging is reported to The Ball Pit immediately with attached pictures and the Buyer agrees to file a personal complaint with FedEx. 4) If your package is left by FedEx and not signed for because you have an auto signature on file, live arrival guarantee is NULL AND VOID. 5) In the event of DOA, The Ball Pit will be contacted immediately (within a maximum of 2hrs of signature for package). Buyer agrees to show video proof and be willing to ship the animal back to us if required by The Ball Pit. 6) The seller has the right to refuse home delivery at any time and for any reason. *Health guarantee is for 48hrs after signature of the package. *All animals are guaranteed to be eating when they leave our facility. Non eating snakes are 99% due to husbandry issues. We will help and assist you in any way possible. *Sex of the animal is guaranteed for 5 days after signature of package. It is the buyers responsibility to verify this for themselves or by a trained professional.
