Payment plans are 25% non refundable deposit. No exceptions. Total $500 or less, 60 days. $500 or more, 90 days.

$750 or less, buyer pays shipping. $750-1000, split shipping. Over $1k seller pays shipping. Tracking numbers provided on all shipments ** shipping at my discretion** Shipping upon payment in full. I prefer to ship to fedex hub & have client pick up if at all possible. Shipping is reliant on weather & fedex conditions/alerts. This includes transfer hubs such as Memphis & Indianapolis as well as departure & destinations. Animal safety, security is priority. Prefer to ship on Tues for Wed or Wed for Thurs pick ups. This attempts to avoid weekend delays & volume back ups.

Guaranteed live/healthy arrival. Immediate video required if animal is not alive or appears not “well” upon receipt.
