All sales final unless you do not receive the animal that was listed. Sex is not guaranteed on animals marked as TSM or TSF. Any problems with the animal must be reported within 24 hours of receiving. I cannot claim responsibility of animals that drop tails during shipment, although this occurrence is very rare. Full refund offered on DOA after photographic proof is provided. Refund covers only the cost of the animal and not the shipping price. An animal of the same quality will be offered in its place, if available.

I accept a %20 down payment on animals over $300. The animal must be paid off in full within 30 days of down payment, unless worked out otherwise through direct messaging. Down payment will be assumed as forfeited after 30 days if no contact is made.

Priority overnight shipping through redline shipping or Reptiles2you to the recipients local fedex hub. I do not offer shipping to customers personal addresses for the safety of the animal.
