No refunds on animals once purchased.

Payments must be paid in full to take the animal home. We accept Cash, Card, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay

30-day layaway plans are available on animals over $200. Half down required and the rest due within 30 days. Animal can be picked up once the payment is paid in full. All money applied to payment plan is nonrefundable. Any animal not picked up within 45 days in subject to be resold.

We will ship animals when Temps are above 40 degrees and Below 95 degrees

Live arrival guarantee is done through Reptiles express if the customer purchases the Protection. We are not liable for any animal shipped due to carrier mishandle.
