Autumn Leaves Exotics does not permit returns on live animals at this time. If there is an error made on our end, we will take action, within reason, to make it right. This is at our discretion and on a case by case basis.

Payment We accept Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal. Payments and Deposits are non-refundable, on a case by case at my sole discretion.

Payment plans are available for animals over $500. Please inquire for plans regarding any specific animal. Animals purchased using payment plans will NOT be shipped out until payment has been made in full.

We ship solely for pickup at your local hub, and will not ship to residential addresses. Shipping will only take place when weather conditions permit, this is at my sole discretion and on a case by case basis.
