SJS Exotics, LLC requires a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold and animal and 5 payments of 20% of the remaining balance over the next 5 weeks. If more than 2 weeks are missed in a row or you back out of the purchase. The 25% non-refundable deposit is lost, but it will take 7-10 business days to issue reimbursement of the remaining balance to the purchaser.

FedEx is our carrier of choice. $60.00 Flat rate shipping and handling (on your order) to the lower 48 States. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or out of the country at this time. Free Shipping on all orders over $600.00 Each package can weight a maximum of 150 pounds with dry ice. All orders ship on Mondays unless a Federal Holiday fall on a Monday then Tuesday is ship day weather dependent. There is no shipping the week of Thanksgiving, 10 days before Christmas through January 5th of the New Year and the week of July 4th. These are to ensure that your orders are not lost, damaged, misplaced or redirected due to the holidays and get to you frozen and undamaged. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. All Frozen Orders are packaged in insulated boxes and dry ice is used to guarantee frozen delivery Due to bio-security concerns, frozen products purchased from SJS ExoticsLLC.com are not eligible for returns or exchange. It is your responsibility to discard spoiled product. Shipping frozen products is tricky and requires some planning and coordination. We ship with insulated boxes and dry ice. Since we guarantee safe delivery, we cannot risk potential weekend delays that would thaw our products. The shipping destination, shipping method, and the day and time of checkout will impact when we ship your order and when it will get delivered. We ship most orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59PM CST will ship the following week, weather and stock dependent. The number of days for each shipping method is the transit time once your order is shipped. We cannot and do not guarantee the day and time of delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Customers are responsible for ensuring FedEx is able to ship to your location. Our carrier of choice for Frozen and Live shipments will be FedEx. RedLine Shipping will be the alternate shipping option for Live shipment. You can pickup your Frozen or Live order at any Show that we attend, please contact us to see. You may also pickup your Frozen or Live order in Lebanon, Mo also if you so desire, please contact us to set that up.

Live arrival Guarantee on all live shipments. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59PM CST will ship the following week, weather dependent. Shipping is done on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. We only ship when temperatures are above 34 or under 100 degrees F. The animal will be shipped to the closest fully staffed FedEx Shipping Center and picked up at the hub. We will check the weather in our area and the customers area to determine the best time to ship your package. All live shipments are guaranteed for live arrival. All animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack per “Ship Your Reptiles” guidelines via FedEx next day delivery. We offer local pick-up for all items in Lebanon, MO.
