Shipping & Policies Seller only ships packages on Mondays and Wednesdays! This is to give the greatest chance, that your spoods are not sitting somewhere over a weekend. •Seller only ship FedEx/UPS overnight & FedEx/UPS 2 day, this is the only legal way to ship spoods! •I will only allow it to be shipped to your residence instead of a HUB, with overnight or 2 day, with the promise of you being there when delivered, and normal weather. •In the case of extreme and unsafe weather conditions, Buyer may be told their package can only be sent via overnight to a FEDEX HUB, FedEx HUBS ensure your spoods are never on a delivery truck in conditions that are not viable. They house live species in a temperature controlled facility. • Seller only offers Live arrival guarantee on packages sent overnight to a fedex hub. -This LAG is voided even to a HUB, if you pick up more than 2 hours after delivered. -In case of DOA seller will offer to refund, or replace for the amount of the spood only. Shipping will not be refunded for any reason, and if a replacement is chosen, buyer must pay the shipping cost to get it to them. -- to qualify, your package must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery to the HUB, and have video of unboxing with timestamp of the delivery, so I can compare the time you send the video to me, with the time that FedEx dropped it at the HUB. — Video unboxings: video must begin before any tape is cut or anything is opened or the LAG will be voided. I will need your full address to see your weather for shipping, along with an exact quote. Seller has the right to hold a package for later shipment no matter what : Communication is key and buyer will be made aware of what is going on. Example of why that could happen- incase your spood is going into molt. •Seller never guarantees the color or gender of jumping spiders only if they are fully mature. •Seller may state that a juvenile or sub adult is (gender leaning) but that is not guaranteed the spider will come out that gender. •Seller will state the color the mom was, but color is not guaranteed of any spider as they change with every molt, unless they are a mature adult. Please remember we expect you to obtain the proper knowledge and education of these littles before adopting. They are low maintenance but they are a living being and a responsibility We want each of our babies to have the best homes possible! Animal Attributes * Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Example Photo. * If Seller ships the wrong animal as proven by Buyer, they are responsible for FRR if they cannot send out the original animal. If they can ship out the original animal, they are responsible for all additional shipping fees, both the new animal shipment and the return of the other. All sales are final.
