All sales are final. I am happy to answer any questions and help advise regarding husbandry and care, but once an animal leaves my care it is the buyer's responsibility.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. I reserve the right to decline any offer to purchase in my sole discretion.

I will consider payment plans for animals over $600 on a case-by-case basis. Any amounts paid are non-refundable, and I will only hold the animal for up to six weeks. Payment must be received in full before I will ship the animal.

I will only ship to FedEx centers for pick-up by the buyer. I reserve the right to delay shipping if I do not feel conditions are safe for the animal, as determined in my sole discretion. I will only sell to the continental United States.

I guarantee live arrival, but any claims must be made with photographic evidence within four hours of the snake being available for pickup from the FedEx center.
