All animals bought or shipped with any issues must notify within 24 hours after arrival. Returns should result in store credit or trade for a different animal of equal value.

All animals shipped overnight Tuesday & Wednesday only. Will not ship if temps over 95 or under 39

All animals are guaranteed of the right sex. Not all animals that are sold as Pos het are guaranteed het. Any animals Sold as het anre guaranteed het. Any animals that arrive unhealthy or DOA must be contacted within 2 hours of arrival. DOAs will have to provide proof of animal death and will be given store credit for their purchase. Animals produced in house will be guaranteed date of hatch and when they had first meals. All animals must have had at least 4 meals before being sold.
