Refund Policy: Any cancellations must be made before Sunday 12PM est on the week your package is scheduled to ship.

Any orders made past Sunday 12PM est will be sent out the week after the order is placed. Spiders must be shipped through either Overnight or 2-Day FedEx shipping. Price will depend on location and time of year. Other invertebrates can be shipped through either FedEx or USPS priority or priority express. Prices will depend on location and time of year. All USPS orders will be shipped out Monday unless otherwise stated.

LAG Policy: All DOAs must be reposted the day of arrival. You may be given the choice of either a refund or to have the animal resent.
