We reserve the right to refuse any transaction if we have reason to believe that it is not in the best interest of any of our animals. We offer local meet-up and shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. There may be an applicable fuel surcharge based on distance for local delivery. All sales are final. We guarantee a live arrival on any shipment that is within our control. Any DOA or issues must be notified within 2 hours with photo/video proof for refund. Animals held for pickup at a FedEx ship center that are not retrieved within the first two hours of availability will not be refunded for any reason. Sales tax will be applied where applicable. Payment via credit card is subject to a flat 3% surcharge. Our Promise- we uphold the belief that every animal we sell that was once ours is still part of the extended CjC family. We expect that they are treated as well as we would treat them. In that regard, if for ANY reason, whether it’s tomorrow or ten years from now, if you have any concerns, we remain committed to being available to answer any questions, offer any assistance, advice or feedback on any animals. We will always do our very best to guide you in the right decisions for the animal’s health and wellbeing. In the case of surrenders, if the animal in question is proven to be well and not a risk to our animals, we will do all we can to assist, up to and including taking the animal back. This is contingent on space constraints at the time of surrender.

We ask a small percentage of the animal’s overall price or shipping cost be the down payment. We will, in turn, hold the animal for 30 days until you can pay the rest. The down payment is non-refundable. After 30 days of payment is not met, the animal will be put back up for sale.

We ship Monday through Wednesday as to avoid any delays or overlays from the weekend. We won’t ship under 50 degrees or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
