If for any reason you can no longer keep an animal that came from us please contact us. We will always make room to house an animal produced by us when needed. After 7 days no refunds will be given. Prior to the 7 day cutoff we hold the right to decide on a refund or replacement animal. It is within our discretion to refuse at any time. We will never send you an unhealthy animal in any regard. All animals are eating and behaving normally at the moment of sale.

We are officially an LLC and must charge the relevant taxes as such. We hold all of the necessary permits to sell these animals. It is up to you as the buyer to know what is legal in your state. We reserve the right to refuse any sale as we see fit. Accepted Payment Methods- We will not use PayPal due to their strict policies against live animal sales. Due to this we are able to accommodate many other payment methods. We are currently using Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp. We are more than happy to provide references if desired.

MINIMUM deposit is $100 we reserve the right to discuss a higher minimum depending on the overall cost. Animals will not be shipped until all transactions have cleared and the animal is fully paid for. ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE IF YOU BACK OUT OF THE SALE As of 7/1/2022 Payment plans under $350 must be finalized within a month. Larger transactions must not exceed a 60 day time period. For larger payment plans a payment/contact must be made at least every 3 weeks. If you as the buyer do not respond to our messages for over 30 days you forfeit the animal and any payments sent thus far to be decided at our discretion. Reptiles will always be shipped overnight to a Fedex Hub for pickup Tuesday/Wednesday for Wednesday/Thursday pickup. We use Insulated boxes and Reptiles2You for our label's. You as the buyer are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping is non refundable. Isopods can be shipped Monday through Wednesday using USPS 2 day priority in insulated Reptiles2You boxes. They can be sent to you door or to a shipping hub for pickup to be determined at purchase. Dry Goods can be shipped through any preferred shipping company on any day. Shipping costs are never refundable you as the buyer are responsible for any additional shipping costs for replacement animals/supplies if the situation ever arises. CRESTED GECKOS- We cannot guarantee your gecko will not lose its tail during shipping. This is a natural process and does not effect the overall health or breeding capability of the gecko. No refunds/discounts will be given for dropped tails. Additionally we cannot guarantee the sex of your gecko under 25 grams. We will do our best to give you the most accurate answer but once shipped no refunds will be given for a geckos sex change. If there is an issue during shipping detailed images/videos must be provided within 30 minutes of pickup from your local FedEx shipping hub. Refunds for the gecko may be given at our discretion. Shipping is nonrefundable and if you decide on a replacement animal of equal or lesser value you are responsible for the additional shipping costs. ALL OTHER REPTILES- If any issue happens during shipping such as death or injury proof in the form of pictures and/or videos must be sent within 30 minutes of pickup from your local FedEx shipping hub. We will refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you decide on a replacement animal of equal or lesser value you are responsible for the additional shipping costs. ISOPODS- Any issues with isopod shipping must be reported within an hour of door delivery or within the same day for hold for pickup at your local USPS. Please provide pictures of any dead on arrival isopods. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for your replacements shipping cost. Our live arrival guarantee is only applicable when your weather is between 40-90 degrees. If you wish to have your isopods shipped when temperatures are above or below this range you wave your LAG rights. Reptiles will be held until there is a shipping window within safe temperatures.
