Our responsibility to you as a customer is to provide you with a quality animal with full disclosure of what you are purchasing. Every animal we sell is guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. All hets are guaranteed 100% hets unless otherwise noted ex: possible het, 66% het, or 50% het, etc. Your responsibility as a customer is to provide proper husbandry for your new animal and please adhere to any state or local laws concerning purchases. For animals purchased at a show, there are no returns allowed. Once that animal is purchased and leaves our table that animal is now yours and your responsibility. Please reach out with questions you might have and we will assist the best way we can.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, American Express, Discover, and Cash. **WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL** We will accept Venmo, Zelle and CashApp on a case-by-case basis.

At a show, we will only consider a payment plan if that animal is listed at over $1,000. You will be required to put 50% down that day and that 50% is NON REFUNDABLE. You are required to have that animal fully paid in 30 days from day the down payment is submitted. If you are unable to have it fully paid in 30 days, YOU MUST COMMUNICATE WITH US!! We do our job as a business to communicate with you; you must do the same as our customer. If that animal is NOT fully paid in 30 days, and you have NOT communicated with us, we will reach out to you and give you 48 hours to respond. At that time, failure to respond will result in your loss of the 50% down payment on that animal, and that animal will be placed back up for sale. This may also result in us as a business to choose to no longer do business with you as a customer.

We do offer shipping. **WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A FEDEX HUB. Shipping to your home is not currently an option.** ~NOTE:Since we are located in Colorado, our shipping window will be closed during winter months due to weather. If that window is closed, WE WILL NOT SHIP!! NO MATTER WHAT!! We will let you know before you purchase, and we will continue to care for your snake until the window reopens. The "usual" closed window is from November thru March. Please check your new animal upon arrival and if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 12 hours of arrival. If anything arrives DOA, the box is damaged, or something is missing please contact us within 30 minutes of pick-up. Your responsibility as a customer is to pick up that animal within 8 hours of it being marked ready for pick-up. If you do not pick it up within those 8 hours, any live arrival guarantee is void. You must give us the FedEx hub location of your choosing. We will not look this up for you. Providing the wrong shipping address will void any guarantees. We also require your phone number, and as a business we will be in constant contact with you if your package is delayed in any way.
