We do not offer any form of returns or reimbursements once an animal has been in the care of a customer for 24hrs.

Rilwater Reptiles takes payments through Venmo, Cash App, Zettle, and PayPal. Payment for any animal is due in full at time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable so please be sure of your purchase before money changes hands!

Rilwater Reptiles is not offering payment plans at this time. Animals must be paid in full.

SHIPPING WILL BE COMPLETED THROUGH SHIP YOUR REPTILES. Shipping costs will vary by location in the continental US, but are typically between $30 and $95. Estimates for shipping costs can be obtained on their homepage, or I can obtain one for you upon request. My shipping zip code: 28052. Animals will only be shipped when temperature highs are below 90 degrees F and lows are above 40 degrees F. Live animals will only be shipped via priority overnight shipping. Animals purchased outside of shipping weather months will be held until shipping can be safely completed at no additional cost. Customers waiting for an animal to ship can expect to be contacted by Rilwater Reptiles once a week, on the weekend, until a safe shipping date is agreed upon. When possible, we prefer to ship to a hub where the animal will wait in a temperature controlled building for pick up. We can also ship to your home or office as long as you acknowledge the increased risk of your box being delayed and/or stuck on a non-temperature controlled delivery truck. Someone will need to be present to sign for the package. Animals are shipped in Styrofoam insulated boxes specifically made and identified for reptiles. If temperatures necessitate, a reptile specific heating or cooling pack may be added to a shipment. Packages are shipped out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for next-day delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday ONLY. These are the safest days to ship animals using priority overnight shipping. Overnight shipping is not available on the weekends, so we avoid Friday deliveries. If the package were to be delayed, it would sit all weekend before continuing on to its destination putting the animal's well-being at risk.

Rilwater Reptiles will always disclose all known information about the condition, healthy, lineage, diet, care, or ANY other relevant information about the animals we have for sale.
