We stand behind the health of our animals and offer a 14-day life guarantee. If the animal passes away within 14 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement of equal value. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide proof of the animal’s passing, which may include a clear photo or a statement from a licensed veterinarian. *This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper care, neglect, or environmental factors outside of our control. We are always happy to provide guidance on proper animal care to help ensure a healthy and successful experience*

At this time, we do not offer payment plans. However, exceptions may be considered based on the proposed payment timeline and the buyer’s status as a returning customer. Full payment is required before the animal will be released, and buyers are responsible for arranging pickup at any scheduled show location we attend.
