If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds, exchange only. All prices are for individual animals. The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete shipping information, or no one receives animal on first delivery
