All sales are final. Customer has 24 hours to report DOA, with pictures proof as well as enclosure pictures to ensure the well being of the animal was at the forefront of the customers mind and agenda.

Payments accepted after a non-refundable deposit of 25% is received. Customer has then 30 days to complete the payment process and have the animal paid in full before the animal will be shipped. Inability to pay the full amount before the end of 30 days, terminates the payment contract. No funds will be refunded if payments are not complete by the 30 day mark.

Shipping to the nearest FedEx hub is the only way Scuba Steve’s will guarantee live arrival. Any shipments made to residential addresses forfeits the LAG
