All orders will be shipped through Fedex using Redline Shipping. FedEx is the only shipping service who allows spiders to be shipped legally. Shipping price will be calculated based on your zip code. Priority overnight and 2 day shipping only. I will postpone shipping in the event of your spider going into a molt or extreme high/low temperatures experienced at the shipping or destination location for the safety of the spiders.

•All spiders come with a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (priority overnight shipments only.) Any spiders that are delivered DOA (dead on arrival) may only receive reimbursement if pictures are taken of the spider alongside the box with the shipping label visible with a time stamp. Any spiders sent to a residential address are not eligible for reimbursement and must have the spiders sent to a FedEx Hub to be eligible for reimbursement due to special handling requirements for live animal shipments and climate controlled storage. This is not a requirement for orders but is a requirement for reimbursement of DOA spiders. •Reimbursement include the cost of the spider - NOT shipping costs. Queso Spoods is not responsible for any order picked up more than 2 hours past pickup time at the FedEx hub. Signature may be required for home shipments shipped during times of severe heat/cold.
