GW Quality Geckos

No returns will be accepted. If there is an issue with one of our geckos we encourage our customers to reach out to us directly and we will discuss the issues on an individual bases.

Payment must be made in full prior to taking your gecko home. We have multiple payment options to include, PayPal,Venmo, tap pay via square, and cash upon pick up. No checks shall be accepted.

Payment plans for Geckos over $200 dollars can be arranged. 1/2 the price of the gecko is required to set up a payment plan. If payment arrangement is not adhered to all money payed shall be forfeited. No money shall be returned. Until Gecko is payed in full the Gecko shall remain with GW. Once paid in full pick up and or shipping will be arranged within 7 days of final payment.

Shipping is done on a case by case bases. A standard shipping rate of 80$ will apply

All animals have a 3 day health guarantee. We encourage our customers to read our care guide carefully and to ask all questions big or small before and after taking your gecko home. If within those 3 days a health issue arises we will exchange your gecko for a different one. If an exchange animal is not available we will discuss further remedies on an individual bases. Loss of tail is not an applicable reason for exchange. Loss of tail does not effect the overall health or value of your gecko.
