The following are our terms and conditions pertaining to all reptile sales: -All Sales final, no refunds. - All geckos labeled probable or possible male/female are not guaranteed. We do our best to sex all geckos as accurately as possible however we cannot guarantee sex on geckos below 20 grams. -Limited Edition Geckos LLC does not guarantee color / pattern development as we cannot accurately predict how geckos will develop into adulthood as they can change drastically in some cases. -All animals sold are guaranteed healthy prior to leaving our facility. We offer a one week health guarantee with every gecko we sell. In the event of any and all issues we encourage clients to reach out to us ASAP so we can assist you. -Buyer assumes all responsibility in regards to proper husbandry including: Humidity, Temperature, food, water, etc. If for any reason a purchased animal should pass during the one week warranty period clear photographic / Video evidence must be submitted alongside photos of the animals set-up ASAP. -All communications between buyer and seller will be retained on file in the event of issues, claims, or disputes.

Payment is accepted via Square payment processing.

Payment plans: -Payment plans are available for animals $1,000 and up. -We require a non-refundable deposit of %25 of the total asking price and a maximum of 30 days will be given to pay balance in full from the date of the initial deposit. -All communications will be retained during the process. -Animals will not be shipped under any circumstance unless balance is paid in full. -In the event more time is needed to complete a payment plan communication is mandatory and additional time may be granted. -In the event buyer fails to communicate responsibly in a timely manner in regards to delays, payment issues, etc. in the agreed timeframe between both parties buyer forfeits both their initial deposit and animal. -Once a payment plan is established and initial deposit is received buyer is obligated to complete the payment plan agreement. Failure to complete the agreed upon payment plan will result in forfeiture of the animal and money paid towards said animal. -Buyer agrees to maintain regular communication during a payment plan. Ghosting and lack of responsible communication will not be tolerated. -Buyer must fully read and agree to our Terms of service prior to being placed on a payment plan.

Shipping: -During winter and summer shipping will be planned accordingly between both parties when weather is in the 45-80F range on both ends. If in the event there is a no ship advisory in place shipping will need to be rescheduled for a future date. -We now ship Mondays,Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. -We offer shipping in the United States only at this time, however if you have an importer you work with for you region shipping can be arranged with said party. In the event we ship animals to an exporter to be shipped outside of the United States we are not liable for any issues that take place during export process( I.e DOA, Tail drops, injuries, lost shipments, etc.) and importer assumes full liability. Attention: Buyers Outside the USA, The Following terms and conditions apply: You must provide any and all details in relation to shipping information requested in a timely manner, no exceptions. You must maintain regular communication throughout purchase process. You must have arrangements made with an exporter in advance. You must provide at minimum of two weeks notice to date of export and have a alternative date planned in the event we cannot ship when requested (No weekends, no shipping during holiday weeks, no shipping will take place if no ship advisories are in place, or if safe weather conditions in shipping and receiving locations are deemed unsafe.) By purchasing from Limited Edition Geckos you agree to our terms and conditions outlined here as a whole. Limited edition geckos will not tolerate impatience, rudeness, or a complete lack of respect of the established Terms and conditions outlined here and reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual for any reason at any time if deemed necessary. Payment is only accepted Via square Invoicing. We do no accept PayPal, Checks, wire transfers, or money orders at this time. -Shipping will be communicated and scheduled between both parties taking into account climate conditions on both ends in order to prioritize safe shipping of all animals. We are not responsible for tail drops in the event of an instance during shipping. In the event of DOA we require notice within a time window of 1hr after package has been received/signed for. We also require all shipments to be picked up from the designated hub location in a timely manner as part of our terms of service. -Live arrival guarantee only applies to shipments that arrive on time and that are sent to / picked up from a local fedex hub. Buyer assumes all responsibility in regards to pick-up and safe transport from Hub to home. We ask that within a hour of picking up shipment from designated hub facility that the box is opened and animal is visually inspected. Limited Edition geckos is not liable for death or injury to animal as a result of improper transport from hub to home. In the event of a DOA( Dead on arrival ) clear photographic and video evidence must be provided within a hour of pick-up otherwise Live arrival guarantee is Void as these situations must be reported immediately. -Be aware that shipping issues during transit are a possibility as delays do happen. We do our best to ensure all animals are packed for success in the event of possible delays. We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages by FedEx, however we encourage active reporting of any damages or observed mishandling of the package so it can be reported.
