Full payment is required prior to shipping. All forms of payment are accepted: credit card, Venmo, PayPal, wire transfer, and Zelle.

Payment plans are available on all orders greater than or equal to $500. There is a non-refundable 20% requirement to hold an animal.

Shipping will be quoted based on destination zip code. All shipments being shipped hub to hub have a 7 day live guarantee. Shipping is limited to safe temperatures typically 32 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Appropriate shipping material is used to protect the animal and is not charged to the customer.
