Payment plans will only be offered at my discretion, if I choose to refuse you a payment plan, this is typically because multiple people who are willing to purchase the gecko without a payment plan and are showing interest, not because I do not believe that you are able to pay off the gecko using the payment plan without any issues. Payment plans are similar to an extended hold, you will not receive your gecko until he/she has been paid for. Payment plans/holds as stated are possible and can be arranged on all geckos unless otherwise discussed. A 25% non refundable deposit is required of total purchase price (including shipping) as a down payment. The gecko is to be paid off within 1 month or 30 days with a structured payment plan. Your first payment of 40% of the total is due in 2 weeks after the deposit was made, and the final payment which is the amount still owed is due in another 2 weeks after your second payment was made. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure payments are made within the required time frame, I do not send invoices or bills. Down payments are non-refundable. If full payment is not made at the end of 30 days, the down payment is forfeited. You are free to pay the remaining amount due at an earlier date if you want to do so. If full payment is not made at the end of 30 days, any amount paid over the down payment is converted to store credit only. Your gecko(s) will be shipped to you after he/she has been paid for and when the weather permits.

First, the temperatures have to be safe. Safe temperatures are considered between 35°F (overnight low) and 85°F (daytime high) for the entire duration of the shipment. Heat and cold packs will be provided at no extra charge, so be sure to let me know if one will be needed for your area at the time of your shipment. While I do generally check the temperatures before booking all shipments and will hold any shipments I consider unsafe, guaranteeing proper shipping temperatures in your area is YOUR responsibility. Please check your forecast prior to scheduling a shipment. If your area does not have safe shipping temperatures at the time of your purchase I am happy to hold your animal(s) until safe shipping weather is reached, at no charge to you. Geckos are typically shipped to FedEx Ship Centers or your residence via FedEx priority overnight shipping, this is only when the weather permits, if the weather does not permit, I will hold onto your gecko until shipping is possible. Geckos are shipped out Tuesday or Wednesday. You must provide me with an address to ship the gecko to within a week of the purchase being made, if this is not done, the purchase will be considered canceled and you will receive a partial store credit. Shipping costs are determined on a case by case basis before purchase. Geckos must be 3g or larger to be shipped.

For live-arrival to be guaranteed, you must pick-up the gecko from the hub within two hours of being available for pick-up, and send an unboxing video of the gecko within one hour after picking up the gecko or after the Gecko arrives at your residence. If these two parameters are not met, you will not receive a store credit under any circumstances. A gecko may drop his or her tail before, during, or after shipping, for which I am not responsible. Once you receive your gecko, you are fully responsible for him/her, I am not responsible for any issues that arise after delivery. If the gecko arrives dead and the parameters described above are met, you may receive a store credit for the full price of the gecko.
