My items are ooak handmade fiber art items that are generally sold as is. In the very rare case a return or exchange is needed, it must be in the exact condition that the item was sold with no damage or staining. I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on: • Wearable items for hygienic safety reasons • Custom created items. Any and all commissions are final once sent out. • Digital downloadable items • Any item with damage caused by the buyer.
