We will not ship to residential addresses. We will ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipping is weather permitting. We will generally ship when temperatures are between. 40-90 degrees at the departure city, arrival city, and all main FedEx hubs. We require an immediate inspection of each Bearded Dragon and confirmation of live arrival within 30 minutes of pick up time. Packages must be picked up on the same day they arrive at the hub. I Dream of Dragons is not responsible for late packages deliveries due to FedEx delays or error. Insurance can be purchased for an extra fee. Please let us know before shipment is booked if you would like to purchase insurance.
