We have a 7 day return policy on all live animals if all required conditions are met. DOA need to be communicated to us within in an hour of delivery with photo evidence. If for any reason an animal is sick within the first 7 days, communications via email will need to be made immediately to decide course of action.

Payments are made on day of sale before goods received. Payments are accepted with cash and Square. Invoices are sent through Square and can be paid online. Once invoices are paid, products will be shipped, etc.

Payment plans will only be accepted on animal purchases with a minimum of $300 purchase price (shipping not included). A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upfront with 3 additional payments of remaining balance over 8 weeks. After Pay is available through our Square invoicing system.

All live animal purchases will be shipped Mon-Wed with overnight priority through Fedex. Shippiing arrangements will be made with buyer prior to shipping. All supplies purchased will be shipped through USPS/Fedex.

All animals sold are captive bred and produced inhouse by GSR. Any non inhouse produced animals will be disclosed at time of sale. We do not sell wild caught animals.
