We are gecko enthusiasts/breeders specializing in New Caledonian geckos, mainly crested geckos. We also create 3D printed products for our geckos! On the side, we love our isopods and furry eight-legged friends.

We are not responsible for health of the geckos once they are in your possessions and do not offer refund/returns. We are always available to help with the gecko care - please communicate if you have any concerns, and please respect live animals

Forms of accepted online payments are: Zelle, Venmo, Square invoice, Apple pay, and Direct wire transfers. Cash, checks, debit/ credit cards are also accepted in-person.

Payment Plans **** MUST BE AGREED TO BEFORE IT CAN START**** We offer payment plans on geckos over $300. To utilize a payment plan the following terms must be met: - The fee for utilizing a payment plan to purchase a gecko is 5% of the price of the gecko, unless it is done over the winter hold period. – 25% non-refundable down payment to place the animal on hold. – 30 days after down payment must be complete payment in full and you will forfeit your payments . *Special circumstances may allow for a longer payment period, please inquire if you have any questions. - Geckos will be shipped upon the completion of full payment including : price of the gecko + 5% payment plan fee + shipping (depending on the destination) + and shipping supplies fee - Geckos may sometimes drop their tails. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the gecko. Therefore, no compensation will be offered in the case of a tail lost during a payment plan or during shipping. (So far I have never had a gecko lose their tail during shipping.) No cash refunds. If you want to drop out during the payment plan, you may get refund except for your deposit. We are very flexible with payment plans. Please inquire us about it!

We ship overnight via FedEx within the contiguous USA Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Shipping fee will depend on the location. Shipping supplies are not included and will vary depending on the weather. You must be present at the delivery location to receive the package. We do not guarantee live arrival with shipments overseas and offer no cash refund and must receive contact within 1 hour of arrival. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. International shipping must be set up by the buyer. Correct Shipping Information Must Be Provided! We are not responsible for your mistakes (triple check your address). Shipments must be scheduled at least a week in advance. Shipment Labels will need: • Name • Email Address • Phone Number • Address Always triple check the address you provide us is the correct address for shipment. In addition to your address, we will need your e-mail address and a good phone number to reach you. This goes on the shipment label in case FedEx needs to reach you and is required for live animal shipments. Weather We reserve the right to refuse any shipment due to weather, the animal’s safety is top priority. Some might ship in cooler/warmer temperatures, but because of mechanical and human error, we are not willing to take the chance of multi-day delays with heat/cool packs running out.

Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy as long as: – Shipping temperatures over the duration of the shipment are within a safe range. – Someone is available to pick up package at closest FedEx hub. – Accurate shipping address provided. – We are contacted within 30 minutes of receiving the shipment with the status of the animal. *While it is unlikely the animal will drop a tail during shipping, we are not responsible for dropped tails over the course of the shipment.
