We offer a 48 hour refund eligible return period. That being said, life happens, if you can no longer care for your companion please reach out to us, we're more than happy to help find a new home.

We require payment at the time of purchase.

We do not currently offer a payment plan but hope to in the future.

Will ship Mon-Thurs when weather permits. Currently this means we will be waiting until mid to late spring at soonest. Local pickup can be arranged.

If delivery is requested below 32° or above 99° the DOA agreement is forfeited by the buyer. Otherwise please reach out within 5 hours to discuss the next steps and see where you want to go from there.
