Full refund or replacement in the event a glider is lost to a preexisting condition. (Thankfully, this has never happened to date)

Cash or Venmo unless otherwise agreed upon. Full payment must be received before a glider goes to its new home. We will sometimes accept partial deposits to secure joeys that aren’t yet fully weened. Deposits are only refundable in the event of the premature passing of a Joey before it has gone to its new home.
