BugEaters.co accepts a variety of methods of payment, Square, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, and Chime. Inquire if there’s another platform or method of payment that you would like to use.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. - Live plants and animals will only be shipped when you are ready, and when weather conditions are safe for the species (generally between 60-80°F) to ensure their well-being; Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. - You must be available to receive the live animal upon delivery; failure to do so voids all health guarantees. - Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States. Some states may restrict what live plants and animals can be shipped to them. The onus is on you to know your current national and local laws, and have appropriate licenses or permits before ordering. - Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days, for herps, invertebrates, plants and microfauna (e.g., fruit flies, isopods, springtails, roaches, etc.). - Shipping may be postponed due to holidays, severe weather, or other carrier-related issues. - BugEaters.co is not responsible for carrier-related issues, including delays, mishandling, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Live plants and animals will only be shipped when you are ready, and when weather conditions are safe for the species (generally between 40-80°F) to ensure their well-being; Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Phase 22 and/or heat packs may be utilized to control temperature during transit. You must receive or pick up your reptile upon delivery and contact us within 1 hour if any issues arise. Proof of a sick or deceased reptile (via photo or video) is required to honor the guarantee. We would appreciate photos for all arrivals as well. - Failure to pick up or contact us within 1 hour voids the health guarantee. - Reptiles must be housed in appropriate enclosures with proper care and diet. The health guarantee does not cover: - Injuries caused by improper care (e.g., burns, dehydration, poor shedding). - Death or illness resulting from an improper diet. - Accidental injuries (e.g., dropped reptiles, injuries caused by other pets). - Tail drops (common in some species). - BugEaters.co reserves the right to deny or terminate a sale if proper care or delivery cannot be ensured. We may request photos of enclosures or additional information to verify readiness.
