I will do refunds on Ball Pythons if any health issues arise within 1 week that aren't due to being housed improperly. (Ball Pythons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes so keep them with you if you stop somewhere on the way home.) No refunds on Isopods please check the container before you leave to ensure that they are doing well. Well do refunds on non-working heat pads and bulbs if given a call or text within 1 week of purchase.

Can do payment plans on any purchase over $299. Must put at least 25% down. Then 25% or more every 2 weeks until paid off. If shipping is needed can pay that at the end or include in the total with the payments.

Can only ship Ball Pythons to the continental US. Please check your local laws to ensure you can own the animals you are buying. Shipping cost varies based on where you are located but could range from $50-85. Can ship to a FedEx hub if temps are between 34°-98° Can ship to your home if someone will be home and temps are between 40°‐92° Live arrival guaranteed. Any DOAs must be reported to me within an hour of delivery for home deliveries or an hour from pickup for FedEx hub deliveries.
