If DOA from Shipping with hold at facility, please provide proof in form of pictures or short video. In that case a full refund, including shipping, will be issued or equal credit/different snake. Will be YOUR CHOICE. We do our best to identify and sex correctly. However, nobody is perfect. Sales are final, but reach out to us on any issue involving a mis sex or ID and we will do our best to make it up to you.

Full payment always due prior to snake leaving us. Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis, and will need a non refundable deposit. We accept cash, card, venmo, and paypal. If another form of payment is needed, let me know.

It is case by case, depending on previous purchase history, amount, etc. We will work something out. Payments made are non refundable if you change your mind.

We only ship when weather allows, so be patient. All shipping is done on a mon, Tues, wed. We will not ship on Thurs for Fri arrival. We also won't ship at major holidays because of possible delays. Hold at facility recommended. All shipping is done priority overnight, in marked box, no exceptions. Shipping cost is flat rate $65 for a 7x7x7 box, $75 for a 9x9x9 box.
