Returns vary by the predicament of the sale. For show sales, all sales are final. For online sales, if the animal arrives and is not up to standard, i will be open to receiving the animal back for a full refund.

I offer payment plans on animals $300+, i require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and offer plan lengths of 30-45 days.

I ship priority overnight within the temperature ranges of 35-80 degrees. Highs and lows depending of hub, or house deliveries.
