25% non refundable deposit may be put down to hold an animal if the cost is over $300. We will hold an animal for 30 days unless an extended time is discussed.

Guaranteed live arrival when shipped to nearest FedEx hub. Live arrival guarantee is valid within the first hour of shipping to hub, and cannot be guaranteed after that. Should there be a DOA, price of animal minus shipping will be refunded if we are notified within 2 hours of arrival. We will only ship during temps of 50-89 degrees in both initial and final destination zones. We are not responsible for any loss or delays due to weather or other circumstance from FedEx.
