We guarantee that all live animals purchased from Toadally Frogs LLC will be purchased alive and in good health. We ensure that your new pet spends as little time in transit as possible. In the unlikely event that your new pet arrives in poor health or does not survive the journey, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.

At Toadally Frogs LLC we take most cards, apple pay, and cash. We do not take Venmo, PayPal, or checks as payment.

At Toadally Frogs LLC, We offer a one week hold of a non-refundable deposit of $50 while you set up your animals new home. This deposit will be put toward your purchase when you pick up your new pet.

That's why we've developed a shipping process designed to ensure the well-being of our animals and provide you with peace of mind. Priority Overnight Shipping We use priority overnight shipping for all our live animals. This service ensures that your new pet arrives at your doorstep as quickly as possible, minimizing the stress of travel on the animal. Shipping Schedule We ship live animals from Monday thru Thursday. This schedule ensures that your new pet won't be in transit over the weekend, when shipping delays are more likely to occur. Shipping to FedEx Hubs To further ensure the safety of our animals, we only ship to FedEx hubs for pickup. This method reduces the time the animals spend in transit and allows you to pick up your new pet at a time that's convenient for you. Winter Advisory During the colder months, we take extra precautions to ensure our animals stay warm. We monitor temperatures at both our location and the destination, and we only ship when temperatures are above 34 degrees at both locations.
