Returns or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Gemini Dragons. Returns or exchanges will not be granted for change of mind in regard to color and/or sex of the gecko. Returns or exchanges are void should the gecko purchased be housed with other geckos/reptiles at its new home.

Holds may be permitted at my discretion with 30% non-refundable down payment. Payment in full must be received with 15 days. Winter holds can occur October through April, and are subject to customized payment terms. If full payment is not received by midnight M.S.T. on the date specified, the reptile on hold will be made available to the public for purchase. Deposits may be used as purchase credit toward another gecko (or the same if available) for a maximum of 60 days from original deposit date. All deposits are non-refundable and void at the end of the calendar year.

FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping within the US, through ShipYourReptiles. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Shipping will be to the FedEx Hub nearest to your address. Purchaser must be able to pick up the reptile at the Fed-Ex facility. Live Arrival Guarantee void if the gecko is not picked up on the day of delivery. Geckos will only be shipped if the temperatures at both locations are between 35 – 80 degrees. If the weather is determined to be hazardous to the reptile, shipping will be delayed until weather is considered safe. In the event of a delay, buyer will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Gemini Dragons is not responsible for any delays in transit due to unforeseen errors/circumstances caused by FedEx delivery.

Geckos will not be shipped unless believed to be 100% healthy to the best of my knowledge. Geckos are guaranteed to arrive live and healthy on first delivery attempt only. Proper research and preparation should be done prior to purchasing geckos, or any other animal. Gemini Dragons is not responsible for any veterinary cost associated with the purchased gecko due to improper husbandry, lighting, care and/or feeding. Failure to follow proper quarantine procedures, and/or housing the purchased gecko with other reptiles voids all health guarantees and any possibility of refunds/exchanges. Geckos are guaranteed healthy for 10 days. Gemini Dragons must be notified immediately of illness or any other cause for concern within the 10 day period. Failure of notification voids all health guarantees. In the event of a refund or exchange due to a flaw or injury not identified prior to shipping, the gecko must be returned in perfect health before the refund or exchange will be granted. Refunds will not include the original shipping price. Buyer is responsible for shipping on the gecko chosen for exchange. If the gecko chosen for exchange is of greater or lesser value than the original purchase amount, the difference either be refunded or required to be paid prior to exchange shipment. If an animal is dead upon arrival, Gemini Dragons must be notified within 30 minutes of delivery, as indicated by the FedEx tracking number. Picture/video evidence will be required within the 30 minutes. Please do not discard the packing materials, as they may be needed for return shipping. Once D.O.A. is confirmed, a refund will be granted for the full purchasing price (shipping included).
