Returns on non-living purchases may be returned if contact is made within 15 days of item receipt. Shipping costs may apply. Live purchases can not be returned once they have left our line of sight. If there is a problem with your purchase please reach out to us. Even if a return is not possible, we may be able to reach a solution or compromise.

We do not currently offer payment plans

Non-living purchases can be shipped (shipping costs may apply). Plants may be shipped if they are sturdy enough for the trip and the temperatures at origin and destination locations are not in the extremes. We are not shipping live animals at this time.
