REFUNDS: In the event of a DOA during Shipping, DOA will be refunded ONLY if Live arrival guarantee has not been voided. Proof of DOA, clear photos and clear video must be sent to Eldritch Geckos Immediately within an hour of package drop or no refund will be issued. The deceased animal must be returned to us or no refund will be issued! Holding fee will NOT be refunded. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. We are not responsible for stolen packages or carrier delays. TAIL LOSS: Tail loss after purchasing a gecko or a hold will not issue a refund. It does not affect the value, lineage or quality of life for the animal. Tail loss can occur at any time for any reason.

HOLDS: A non-refundable down payment of 20% is required for a hold. If temperature is unfavorable for shipping we will hold your animal for 30 days free of charge! Any time longer held after the first initial 30 days, a $10 fee will apply for an additional 30 days of holding. This ensures the animal being held for favorable shipping conditions has the resources it needs while it waits to be shipped to you! (An additional 1 or 2 days hold after the initial free 30 days held will not be charged this fee if the conditions permit shipping during that additional 1-2 day hold window) PAYMENT PLANS: Payment Plans are accepted with a 20% non refundable down-payment. The remaining cost of the animals purchased must be met within 90 days of the arranged payment plan, unless arranged otherwise beforehand. 20% Down payment will NOT be refunded. Holding fee will NOT be refunded. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

LIVE ARRIVAL: We guarantee live arrival on all reptiles we sell. Live arrival guarantee will be VOIDED if not contacted within an hour of package arrival. If not present at time of delivery, all guarantees are then VOID. If the animal is a DOA, Eldritch Geckos must be contacted IMMEDIATELY and provided with a CLEAR PICTURE AND VIDEO as proof of the DOA. If Live arrival conditions are met We would then discuss a refund or a replacement animal of your choice equal to the amount of the animal or less that was originally purchased. SHIPPING: We ship the first Tuesday of the month and third Tuesday of the month. FedEx overnight. We only ship when temperature is appropriate for the safety of the animal. Temperatures on departure and arrival must be between 50° F and 86° F. Safety of the Animal is PRIORITY! We will not Ship outside of these temperatures. WE DO NOT REFUND THE COST OF SHIPPING! Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct address! If an order is returned, or an animal is DOA due to an incorrect address a refund will NOT be provided. No exceptions. ISOPODS AND OTHER INVERTS: SHIPPING We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed by Wednesday 12pm central time will be shipped same day. We ship priority mail 2-3 day. Overnighting can be provided for additional cost. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address a refund will not be provided. No exceptions. You order will be shipped boxed in a plastic deli cup with Eco Earth, Sphagnum Moss and a small piece of carrot. We do include a few extras in the rare event of any DOA. We do not offer international shipping These are LIVE insects. We can only guarantee live arrival if the following conditions are met.... Temperatures for home delivery must be above 50 degrees and below 85 degrees. It is the customers responsibility to determine if the weather for their home delivery falls within this range. Package must be opened and inspected upon delivery and discrepancies must be reported to us with video within 1 hour of delivery or Post Office pickup as stated in USPS tracking. It is the customers responsibility to monitor tracking information to ensure they are home for delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages or carrier delays. isopods and geckos purchased together can be shipped with the reptile for no additional charges.
