Mothdust Emporium is not liable for the animal after it enters the care of the new keeper Mothdust Emporium is not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal if you take any animal to a veterinarian you do so entirely at your own expense. We are not responsible in any way for the action(s) of the animal(s) purchased through us. It is solely your responsibility if you or anyone gets bit, scratched, physically debilitated, or any other injury inflicted by the animal(s). Always exercise caution with all animals. Mothdust Emporium is not liable or responsible for failure to meet local, state, or federal regulations. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures upon arrival are between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit. We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. If there are any issues upon arrival, Mothdust Emporium must be contacted within 2 hours to be able to address the problem. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on replacements/exchanges We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges incurred for upholding our guarantee; they are the responsibility of you, the buyer. We do not offer credits or refunds on shipping for replacement animals. In the unfortunate event that an animal is dead on arrival, the customer must notify immediately upon receiving the animal. we require pictures of the animal, the box, and a video of the animal to confirm that the animal is deceased.
