At Heart Leaf Tropicals & Mantis Nation all sales are final. We take great care in preparing and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If there is an issue with your order, such as a dead-on-arrival (DOA) plant or mantis, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, to qualify for a replacement, we require an unboxing video with a time stamp within 1 hour of delivery. This policy helps us ensure the quality and health of our products. We offer Afterpay through Square, allowing you to break your payments into four installments over a 6-week period. Additionally, we provide PayPal Pay in 4 as another flexible payment option.
At Heart Leaf Tropicals, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your orders. We ship all plants using either UPS Overnight or 2-Day services to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. For live animals, including our praying mantis, we only ship via UPS Overnight with morning delivery to guarantee their health and well-being upon arrival. To ensure our Live Arrival Guarantee, we require an unboxing video of the plant or animal within 1 hour of delivery.
