Returns only if the snake's morph or Gender is incorrect.

We take Paypal, Venmo, Cash, & Debit/Credit card through Square.

Payment Plans

Payment plans apply to animals over $200 only. 25% non-refundable down payment for any holds over 48hrs - including payment plans.

Shipping

Shipping is overnight priority via FedEx in a standard reptile-shipping box lined with Styrofoam. Cool and/or heat packs are included when weather demands it. Shipping available when temperatures are between 30-85degF, and when there are no known serious storms, etc. Shipping cost is calculated by your zip code, typically between $50-$75. Pickup in Fort Wayne, IN is available - contact for details. We have a live-arrival guarantee, but not an On-Time arrival guarantee as we cannot control when FedEx is late.
