Payment plans are offered depending on the price and availability. We only have so many payment plan spots open a month. We require a 25% deposit down NONREFUNDABLE. The remainder needs to be paid in 30 days. Payment plan animals will not ship until after plan is completed. Please contact us if you have any issues right away. Animal that are shipped to a house we offer no live arrival guarantee. We also offer afterpay with a 6%fee added on

We are not responsible for the mishandle of the package or for shipping mistakes and delays by FedEx/UPS resulting in death. (Example: you live in a 10:30 am delivery zone and FedEx has a delay and you animal arrives at 4pm or next day DOA, we are not responsible. That can be avoided by shipping to a FedEx center for pickup.) You can have you animal shipped to a FedEx ship center for pick up or to your house, (as long as you don't live in a 4pm delivery slot and weather permits.) Someone MUST be present to receive the package to have it shipped to a home/work address. If no one will be home we can have it shipped to a FedEx ship center, if you do not know where one is call us with your zip code and we can find one. Live animals cannot be shipped to FedEx Ship and Print Centers or FedEx kiosk in Walmart, Walgreens, Hotels, etc. FEDEX SHIP CENTER ONLY If you're ordering as a Christmas present and can't get it shipped in time, we offer special services! We send a personalized Christmas card with a picture of the animal so your loved one still has something to open Christmas day. Just contact us at 813-841-1590 We stop shipping the December 14, 2023, and resume shipping January 3, 2024 (with advisement of reptiles express, may be one week longer) Due to holiday shipping causing delays (anywhere from 2-5 day or longer) We do not suggest shipping after the stated dates above. Therefore, we will hold you animal until January free of charge until the holiday shipping has calmed down. Please consider this carefully as it will not result in a refund. If you cannot be patient and you want us to ship before the new year it is SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK, and all of our grantees will be void. We only do this to keep YOUR animal safe. Snakes can ONLY be shipped though FedEx due to rules by USPS, and UPS. Insurance is available at a added cost, must call to have it added on. Insurance is $2.60 per $100.
