Returns

Frozen rodents are not returnable due to biohazard concerns. Customer service issues that would otherwise warrant a return are handled on a case by case bases via refund or replacement.

Shipping

We ship nationwide for a flat rate of $30. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday based in your location. All packages are shipped with dry ice to ensure products remain frozen through transit.
