***We do offer 30 day payment plans on purchases over $300.00 USD. All payments must be made in full before your animal(s) will be shipped, no exceptions. A 20% non-refundable holding deposit may be placed on an animal if time is needed to make payments. This deposit will be subtracted from the total price. Tandem Geckos is not responsible for any dropped tails during shipping, it can happen, but it will not in any way affect the health and wellbeing, or breeding capabilities of the animal. All juveniles sold as unsexed are too small to sex for sure but we give our best at loupe sexing. Unless labeled “female” or “male” there are no guarantees on sex. All geckos have a 24hr health guarantee. In the case of hub pickup, geckos are left at the FedEx facility for more than 1 hour after arrival, all live arrival guarantees are void.
