Returns You may return any physical item purchased from our website within 3 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items purchased in person are not eligible for returns unless the product is faulty. Living animals are not eligible for return. If there is a concern with your purchase of an animal, you must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the animal (receipt from your FedEx Hub must be within 1 hour of arrival). All issues must be accompanied by photos. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the exchange. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new item.
