We do not give refunds based on changing minds or changing situations. That being said we aren't trying to get over on anyone and are willing to work with customers to resolve any issues that may arrive. Our geckos come with a full health garuntee when purchased.

We accept payment plans on a case by case basis. One thing that is the same on all payment plans is absolutely no refunds for any reason on any amount will be given. We do allow transfer of funds from one gecko to another minus a 20% of the total amount fee for restocking. Ultimately we usually ask a customer think on it 24 hours before accepting the deposit. It's unfortunate we have to be this strict but to many have taken advantage of the payment plans. We have no issues with taking payments but we cannot hold a gecko from April until Christmas for a present. We generally are selling the geckos well below market value based on quality already due to the number of geckos we hatch we need the space.

We garuntee live arrival. Your animal is garunteed to arrive alive and healthy. In the event of a doa I may ask for a video or pictures depending on the situation. Once we've figured out the issue we will decide on an appropriate form of compensation. We will not refund in these instances however we will replace with a gecko of equal or greater value gecko at no cost to customers. As of writing this we have yet to have a doa. We have shipped hundreds of geckos since 2018.
